The decision wasn’t a hard one for Reilly Byers when it came down to it.
Sure there were some big names in college baseball talking to him about possibly joining them someday, but Byers knew what he wanted.
Or where he wanted to go, to be more specific.
So on Sunday night, the Gibbs High School senior lefty made it official. He committed to Mississippi State University after having visited the Starkville-based campus this past weekend.
“First off, it started with the coaches,” Byers told 5Star Preps on Monday.
