Karns junior running back DeSean Bishop entered Friday’s Class 5A playoff matchup against Walker Valley some 649 yards short of Jalen Hurd’s single-season state rushing record of 3,357 yards set in 2014.
But Friday was more about Karns getting its first playoff win in program history.
And the Beavers definitely got that.
