LOUDON – It’s been 20 years since the Kingston girls’ soccer team reached the state tournament.
The Lady Yellow Jackets hope that changes this year, and they’ve got momentum on their side after beating host Loudon 4-0 Tuesday night in their regular-season finale.
“I think we are very motivated,” said junior forward Maddie Bailey, who posted a hat trick at Loudon. “We’re ready to hopefully make it to state. I think this is a good group of girls to take us to state.”
