West turned in a dominating defensive performance Thursday in a key 22-7 Region 3-5A win over Oak Ridge at Bill Wilson Field.
The Rebels (5-0, 2-0 Region 3-5A) held the Wildcats (2-3, 1-1) to just 51 total yards, but still needed a late push to overcome offensive mistakes and secure the win.
