Lenoir City’s football team found some momentum Friday night going into next week’s Class 5A state playoffs.
Junior quarterback Luke Chadwick ran for three touchdowns and the Panthers’ defense dominated during a 37-6 victory over visiting Karns.
Lenoir City (6-4, 3-1 in Region 3-5A) had already clinched the No. 2 seed in the region and a home playoff game in next Friday’s first round before playing Karns (3-7, 1-3).
