The Maryville boys basketball team fended off an upset Sunday night and set up another showdown with Bearden.
Senior guard Christian Gale poured in 29 points and the Rebels (28-3) notched an 80-72 victory at Karns (13-17) in the Region 2-AAA quarterfinals.
