MARYVILLE – Junior guard Molly Masingale didn’t get her scoring average Wednesday afternoon, and she didn’t care.
She and her McMinn Central teammates got what mattered. The win.
Masingale and sophomore guard/forward Karina Bystry had 15 points each as the Chargerettes (9-4) defeated Farragut 51-48 in the Renasant Bank Christmas Tournament at Maryville High.
Bystry played the role of hero.
