Something happens to Jett Johnston around this time of year.
“I don’t know (what), but I like it,” said Farragut coach Matt Buckner.
“Man, he has been on a tear, knock on wood. It’s unreal.”
For the second year in a row, as the postseason approached, Johnston morphed into a different player. His production levels soared and have now apexed yet again in the playoffs.
Might as well call him Mr. May.
