If defense wins championships, the Bearden girls’ soccer team might be on the way to its first state title since 2007.
The Lady Bulldogs posted their 17th shutout of the season Saturday afternoon with a 9-0 victory over visiting Jefferson County in a Class AAA state sectional match.
