A new era of volleyball began at Farragut on Wednesday night.
Andre Alves made his debut as the Lady Admirals’ coach against Catholic, where he was an assistant coach under Brent Carter from 2015-22.
Catholic posted a 28-26, 21-25, 25-23 victory, but this night was more about the future, not the present.
