- The Cougars are 151-30 (83.4 percent) under coach Brooke Shelley since they started playing basketball during the 2014-15 season.
- Northview was 28-4 last year and the Cougars have never lost more than five games in a season.
- Northview has won five district titles in a row, with the last three coming in District 3-AA.
