SEYMOUR — As soon as he crossed the goal line in overtime, Kolby Morgan knew Oneida had won the game. Colby Boyatt made sure of it.
Morgan caught a touchdown pass and ran for two more, the second coming from 9 yards out in overtime, to help Oneida escape with a 28-21 win over The King’s Academy on Friday.
Needing just one more stop, Boyatt busted loose off the edge and found his way to the quarterback, forcing an errant pass which fell to the turf as the Indians (6-2) prevailed in overtime for the second time in 2019.
