LOUDON – As the basketball hung on the rim for a split-second Thursday night, Loudon’s undefeated season also hung in the balance.
Then the ball fell through the hoop.
Senior forward Mason Small’s follow shot at the buzzer lifted Loudon (8-0) to a 78-77 victory over rival Lenoir City (2-4) in a non-district game.
