One of the paths to the state Class 5A championship game runs through Knoxville next week.
West earned a shot at defending state champion Central thanks to its 31-14 win at Powell Friday night in the quarterfinals.
Running backs Isaiah Mattress and Jai Hundley both topped 100 yards rushing and the Rebels’ defense held high-powered Powell to less than 300 yards in total offense as West advanced.
