CLINTON – Powell did it again.
Two games, two fantastic finishes, two dramatic game-winning drives.
A week after scoring with five seconds to play to beat Beech in their season opener, the Class 5A Panthers (2-0) worked their late-game magic once again against 4A Anderson County (1-1) Thursday night.
This time, the winning play came on a fourth-and goal at the Mavericks’ 20 late in the fourth quarter.
