Defense might have prevailed in Powell’s 14-7 victory over visiting Halls on Friday night in the Battle of Emory Road, a rivalry game that wound up with 11 total turnovers.
But the Panthers (5-1) won its third straight over the Red Devils (3-3) behind the standout performance from senior wideout Jayden Collins.
