Rob Black wanted his battery to recharge and have all his systems on go heading into spring practice.
Those sparks just never ignited.
That bothered him and he couldn’t ignore it any longer.
The longtime head football coach, whose surname is synonymous with Fulton High School football, announced his resignation on Wednesday afternoon.
