DANDRIDGE — It wasn’t an ideal night for Jefferson County’s offense.
The Patriots couldn’t get into a rhythm, falling behind the chains on first down and struggling to find an answer to West’s defense. The defending back-to-back 5A State Champions won the line of scrimmage.
That’s why Jefferson County head coach Spencer Riley scheduled the scrimmage.
