It’s not like Shawn Gary to get lost in a crowd.
The South-Doyle High School running back, for the last two seasons, owned centerstage often and dazzled fans with a variety of spin moves, cuts and jukes, and touchdown runs.
But on Wednesday, Gary inked his name on National Signing Day like many of his peers, except without much fan fare or recognition.
Sure, he didn’t sign with a Power 5 or FBS program, but he chose a path that just may have him playing in SEC football cathedrals in the near future.
