Luke Johnson has claimed the starting quarterback’s job for the Farragut football team during spring practices, taking over for departing senior Dawson Moore.
It’s a big role to fill for Johnson, a rising senior who was Moore’s primary backup last season.
Farragut coach Eddie Courtney believes Johnson is ready for the task.
