It’s Week 15 of the long and grinding high school football season, and we’re down to six area teams who are still in the hunt for state championships.
Several blockbuster semifinal games involving teams in the 5Star Preps coverage are on the docket this week.
Wins Friday earn teams trips to next weekend’s TSSAA BlueCross Bowl state championships at Finley Stadium in Chattanooga.

1A championship game: 3 p.m., Friday, Dec. 6.
5A championship game: 7 p.m., Friday, Dec. 6.
4A championship game: 11 a.m., Saturday, Dec. 7.
2A championship game: 3 p.m., Saturday, Dec. 7.
6A championship game: 7 p.m., Saturday, Dec. 7.
