Don Mahoney recalls a preseason scrimmage last fall when Webb School of Knoxville junior quarterback Jack Wagner made a play that caught his attention.
Mahoney was Webb’s offensive line coach at the time, and Wagner was the backup quarterback to senior Charlie Robinson.
Much has changed since then.
