Tobias Hageltorn has been at West High for less than a year, and he sounds like a Rebel for life.
The junior exchange student from Denmark set West’s single-season goals record Friday night, scoring a goal in the Rebels’ 3-1 victory over visiting Oak Ridge in the District 3-AAA championship match.
Hageltorn’s 27 goals this year broke the record of 26 set during the 2016 season by Damian Meier, an exchange student from Switzerland.
