Travis Tapp, the winningest football coach in Harriman High School history, will not be the coach of the Blue Devils this coming fall.
The school confirmed to 5Star Preps that Tapp has stepped down from his post.
Tapp confirmed to 5Star Preps that it was his decision to resign.
