The last few weeks, some attention-grabbing proposals rested before members of the TSSAA Board of Control for them to mull, some that could have really altered the landscape of high school athletics in the state in a drastic manner.
But by the end of their meeting Monday in Lebanon, Tenn., everything ultimately remained the same.
The Board of Control opted to extend the current classification cycle for another two years, beginning with the 2023-24 school year.
