Nothing is set in stone when it comes to recruiting plans.
It can change by the day — heck, hour even.
Shavar Young can attest to that.
The Class of 2026 four-star prospect from Webb School of Knoxville had it in mind in mid-July that he was going to announce his commitment Dec. 12.
Less than three weeks later after making that declaration at KFOA Media Day, Young announced his college commitment on Friday night.
